Q.  How much does HFS service cost?

Q.  Do you provide insurance for my home improvement loan?

A.  Yes.  HFS will provide credit insurance options and benefits at the time of finalizing your loan details.

Q.  Do you offer rates better than my bank?

A.  Your bank may offer good rates, but we have the ability to shop your loan to several companies getting the best possible rate for you.

Q.  Is submitting an online application secure? Is my information kept private?

A.  Your security and privacy are our top priorities with Health Finance Services. Protecting your information is a priority for us.  We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the security of your online information.

To confirm the security of your connection, look at the lower corner of your browser window when viewing our website and you will see:

If you see a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure.  We will make sure you are on a secure server whenever you are entering information that needs to be protected.

Another way to confirm the security of your connection is by looking at the URL address line of your browser.  When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
